OBJECTS

The Association is established for the following Objects -

• To protect, safeguard and fostering interest of the members of the Association related  to Service, Social, Cultural, Academic and any other common interest of all Member.
• The Association will devote for the welfare of all concerned in the IT & ITES service sector in West Bengal in general. The specific focus will be the interest & welfare of the employees of IT & ITES organization.
• To render benevolent service for sustainable development of the City, State, Country and its people through propagation and exchange of information related to better living condition for the mankind.
• To work & develop for the advancement / improvement of Information Technology in West Bengal as well as broader area.
• To work for development of infrastructure and exchange of knowledge among the members  other  in Information Technology in West Bengal as well wider area.
• To conduct research in  technical education and other disciplines on the different subjects relating to Information Technology Industry in West Bengal as well wider area.
• To conduct and carry on experiments  & research in Information Technology Development.
• To develop / upgrade and award prizes through organization of competition among  Human Resource available in Information Technology Industry.
• To make information of Technological Development available for technically backward section of Industrial workers and professionals.
• To acquire, establish, start , aid , run maintain or manage schools or Technical schools , Libraries , or any organization  or propaganda for Pulse Polio, Thalasemia, AIDS etc   for the benefit of the public life and health.
• To render effort for making cyber world accessible to economically lower strata of Indian population.
• To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussion,  seminars , Industrial relation Programme   & excursions for the diffusion of knowledge.
• To assit & to improve quality & productivity of small and cottage industries in rural development through application of advanced technology in respective fields.
• To publish or cause to be published useful literatures, periodicals  and magazines national or international levels.
• To study, cultivate and demonstrate the socio cultural pursuit .
• To promote and encourage advancement of literary, cultural, political, scientific and technical education.
• To help the needy students of all communities for the prospect of studies.
• To help aged, sick , helpless and indigent members.
• To construct, maintain , improve , develop and alter any buildings , houses or other works necessary or convenient for the use of the Association.
• To engage assist in such other humanitarian activities as may be deemed appropriate by  the Executive Committee  of the Association.
• To do all such acts , deeds , matters and things as may be deemed incidental or conducive to the forgoing objects.
• To render any social, legal, moral and financial assistance for betterment of members.

The income properties of the Association whatsoever derived or obtained shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Association and no portion thereof shall be paid to or divided amongst any of its members by way of profits.

Necessary approval of the Govt./appropriate authority will be obtained as and when required.

We, the several persons whose names, addresses and occupations are hereunto subscribed are desirous of being formed into an association in pursuance of the memorandum of association.
